Yoga Flow For Neck And Shoulders Level 3

move well Aug 17, 2021

This yoga flow is the perfect pairing to the more instructional Neck and Shoulder Pain Relief Part 3. It incorporates most of the poses taught in Part 3 and is meant to be another way to practice this phase of keeping yourself out of pain. If you already have a solid yoga practice you’re in the right place! This practice maintains correct alignment to keep you out of pain.

If you're currently in pain and have a limited range of motion, be sure to also check out Neck and Shoulder Relief Part 2.

And its corresponding level 2 practice.

Depending on your range of motion and pain level you may need to go back and forth between Parts 1, 2, and 3.

Be sure to watch my video Good Pain vs Bad Pain so you know you’re working safe.
