Quick Full-Body Stretch For All Levels

I want to share the magical double-rainbow experience I had just a few days before my fiftieth birthday. I’ve been near a lot of rainbows this year, but the scene in this video might top them all!

This gentle but thorough practice is a quick treat that should be accessible to pretty much everyone. You should include stretching for longevity.

Since you’re aging too, I’m assuming that by now you’ve figured out that the key to aging well is flexibility. Daily stretching, even if only quick little nuggets like this sequence, will help you stay pain-free and young, even in old age.

May we all enjoy a long and healthy life, and may this practice of stretching for longevity be a big help along the way!
