THE C.TWAIN MONTHLY CONCIERGE

A month-to-month precision health engagement

When nothing

you've tried

has worked,

it's time to look

at the whole picture.

Maybe you've seen the specialists. Done the tests.
Followed the recommendations.
Tried the medications, supplements, exercises, diets, devices, or protocols.

Some things may have helped. But you're still not where you want to be. Or maybe there isn't one problem. There are several, and trying to figure out what matters most has become a job of its own.

You don't need more information.

You need someone who can help you make sense of the information you already have, find what's missing, and stay with you long enough to see what actually works.

That's what we do here.

 Who this is for

You don't have to hold all the pieces yourself.

Concierge gives you more support around the work: greater access between sessions, more flexibility when circumstances change, and more help managing the information surrounding your health.

When useful, we can bring relevant information from your wearables, labs, medical reports, medications, supplements, symptoms, and simple check-ins into one secure system.

You provide the information. I help carry the cognitive load of making it useful.

Your doctors see you at appointments.

I pay attention to what happens in between.

Your physicians and specialists bring expertise that matters. I help connect the pieces.

Symptoms change. A medication is added. A recommendation that made perfect sense in the doctor's office proves harder to implement at home. Much of what's useful to know happens between appointments.

I help organize and track relevant information, prepare you for appointments, and, with your permission, share useful observations with members of your medical team. Then I can help you put their recommendations into practice and pay attention to what happens next.

We go deep.

And stay there as long as it's useful.

Month-to-month means we don't decide in advance how long you'll need this level of support.

As we learn what works, we also make sure you understand it and can sustain it yourself. When you no longer need this degree of support, we create the next phase - or you graduate altogether.

The goal is greater agency: knowing your body, knowing what helps, and feeling confident carrying it forward with less external support.

How we work

WE don't guess.

we pay attention.

1 - UNDERSTAND

We start by going deep. Before deciding where we're going, we need to understand where you actually are. We begin with an Initial Consult. I review your comprehensive intake form, health history, current concerns, medical records, existing data, lifestyle, goals, and what you've already tried. I assess your physical patterns, including alignment and breath mechanics.

2 - Prioritize

Not everything needs to be fixed at once. Together, we identify your most important pain points and goals and determine what deserves attention now, and what can wait. Your initial protocol is built around your your medical team's recommendations, your body, your schedule, your capacity, and your actual life.

3 - EXPERIMENT + TRACK

Then we put the plan into practice and watch what happens. Your experience matters. So does your data. Depending on your situation, we may track your symptoms along with sleep, movement, stress - sometimes from wearables - medical testing, and other relevant measures to understand how your body is responding.

4 - REFINE

We keep what works. We change what doesn't. We look for patterns, adjust the protocol, and keep learning. You don't serve the plan. The plan serves you.

 Who this is for

You've been managing your body alone.

You were never supposed to.

Healthcare is built around specialties.

But you live in one body.

Maybe you have one stubborn problem that no one has been able to resolve.

Maybe you have several things happening at once, with different specialists looking at different pieces and no one looking at how they fit together.

Maybe you leave appointments with recommendations you fully intend to follow, but pain, ADHD, exhaustion, overwhelm, or simply the demands of your life make it difficult to follow through consistently.

Maybe your labs look "fine," but you don't feel fine. Maybe you've had a diagnosis, surgery, health scare, or significant change and suddenly managing your health feels like a second job.

Or maybe you've spent years collecting prescriptions, supplements, exercises, devices, test results, and good advice and still don't know which things are helping.

Book A Consultation

At some point, the question changes from:

"What else can I try?"

To:

What's actually working?

And what isn't?

What are we missing?

What deserves attention now, and what can wait?

What changes when we do one thing differently?

Those are the questions we start answering together.

Your doctors see you at appointments.

I pay attention to what happens in between.

Your physicians and specialists bring expertise that matters.

My work doesn't replace theirs.

It fills a different gap. Because your health doesn't stand still between appointments.

Your sleep changes. Pain moves. Stress spikes. A medication is added. Your digestion shifts. Your energy crashes. An exercise helps one problem and aggravates another. Your wearable starts showing a pattern. You're handed recommendations that make perfect sense in the doctor's office and become much harder to implement once you're home.

Individually, those things can seem like noise. Over time, they become data. I help you collect it, organize it, interpret it, and use it.

When appropriate, I can review medical records and appointment notes, help you prepare questions for your physicians, and - with your permission - participate in selected appointments or communicate with members of your medical team.

I don't replace your medical care.

I help connect it to the life you're actually living. So instead of starting over at every appointment, we're building on what we've already learned.

They're what happens when you finally give your body the attention it deserves.

CEO — Cardiac Event
his heart healed before the surgery
A CEO came to me after a cardiac event landed him in the hospital. He was scheduled for an ablation and wanted support to get in good health before then. We built a protocol entirely around his specific diagnosis and health concerns, while also supporting his need to run his company. He sent me data twice a day. We adjusted the protocol as his body responded to the new tools it learned: targeted movement to bring his body into better alignment, breathwork, HeartMath, fascia and lymph support, hydration, and nutritional choices.
Two months into the program, he went in for his ablation, but the procedure had to be modified: His heart had healed itself, and they needed to induce an event to locate the remaining weak point.

BY THE END OF THE PROGRAM

Heart healed itself.
Chronic constipation resolved within two weeks.
He lost over 15 pounds without targeting weight loss.
And his wife, who'd been quietly worried, could exhale.
"This work has been monumental for me. It's not like you have to do 100 things. You just have to do these simple things on this checklist — repetitively, thoughtfully. It turns out these little things are a big deal."
— Albert B., CEO
Foundation Director, TEDx Speaker
She was fainting regularly.
No doctor could explain it.
A foundation director came to me struggling with unexplained fainting episodes, disrupted sleep, and a body she no longer trusted. She had an invitation to speak on a TEDx stage and was terrified she'd collapse on it.Through data gathered from an Oura ring and a CGM, we identified the triggers of her episodes. We worked on nervous system regulation through breathwork, HeartMath biofeedback, myofascial release, and glucose management.
But something else happened along the way. As her symptoms became explainable — and then manageable — her relationship with her own body began to shift. She stopped bracing against it and started working with it. The body she'd been afraid of became one she could trust, and then one she had compassion for.

 THE OUTCOME

She delivered her TEDx talk brilliantly.
She knows how to prevent fainting.

"I had been through so many doctors, so many tests, so many machines — I could go on.
Not only are those symptoms not happening anymore — if I feel something coming on, I know exactly what it is and I know what to do. I feel extremely empowered."

Laura R., Founder & TEDx Speaker
Complex Chronic Conditions
She went from a walker, to a cane, to headstands
Karen came to me with fibromyalgia, psoriatic arthritis, spinal stenosis, three herniated discs, a traumatic brain injury, hypermobility spectrum disorder, and multiple bouts of COVID. She was using a rolling walker to get around New York City and was on a long list of daily medications including opioids, sleep aids, beta blockers, and anxiolytics.
Over the course of our work - myofascial release, alignment training, nervous system regulation, HeartMath biofeedback, daily tracking, and progressive movement - she came off nearly all of her medications.
She donated her walker.
She now can do a headstand and trains Krav Maga.

 IN HER WORDS

"I traded in a huge bag of pharmaceuticals for a bag of balls. It is so much better.
Since I met Caitilin, I've changed the way I breathe. I changed the way I walk. My sleep is different. I eat different foods.
My health has improved farther and faster than I ever could have imagined."

Karen Z., New York

Client Outcomes

Different bodies. Different problems. Different protocols.

No two clients come to me with exactly the same story. That's the point.

Someone is finally paying attention to all of it.

This isn't appointment-based coaching where we talk for an hour, make a plan, and reconnect next week to see how it went.

It's an ongoing working relationship built around your actual life and your actual body. I begin by understanding your health history, your current concerns, your medical care, your lifestyle, your goals, and the things that have already been tried. Then we establish priorities.

Because when everything feels important, it's very easy to do nothing.

We determine what deserves attention first, build your initial protocol, and begin watching what happens.

I review your incoming health data daily.

We track symptoms, patterns, behaviors, and responses to the changes we're making.

When something works, we build on it.

When it doesn't, we change course.

And when life changes, the plan changes with it.

Depending on what you need, our work may include:

• Reviewing and organizing relevant health information and medical records

• Identifying patterns across symptoms, behaviors, biometrics, and lifestyle

• Developing and continually refining your personalized health protocol

• Helping turn medical and wellness recommendations into realistic action

• Tracking your response to interventions so we're making decisions from evidence rather than assumptions

• Researching questions specific to your situation

• Preparing for medical appointments and helping you formulate better questions

• Reviewing results and recommendations afterward

• Communicating or participating with your medical team when useful and appropriate

• Providing regular private sessions and extended access between sessions

• Teaching practical tools for movement, pain, stress regulation, sleep, recovery, and other areas relevant to your goals

You don't have to hold all the pieces yourself.

For a while, we hold them together.

Then, increasingly, I teach you how to read the picture too.

Your Guide

I learned to connect the dots because I had to.

My training and certifications include: National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Certified Trauma-Sensitive HeartMath Coach, Certified Roll Model (a Self-Myofascial Release Method), advanced training in yoga for scoliosis, back care, and movement therapy, plus over 20 years of ongoing study with leading experts in anatomy, fascia, breathwork, and microbiome health.

But the credentials aren't why this work exists. I spent years navigating serious chronic illness myself, including multiple Lyme disease relapses and Hashimoto's thyroiditis.

I know what it feels like to move from practitioner to practitioner looking for answers.

To be given another piece of information without anyone helping you understand how it fits with everything else.

To realize that if you want someone looking at the whole picture, sometimes you have to build that picture yourself. That's how this methodology began.
Over the years, I built a toolkit that combines health coaching, movement, breathwork, nervous system regulation, fascia-focused movement, biometric tracking, testing, and a relentless curiosity about the latest advances in health science.
Today, I use those tools to teach my clients what took me years to learn: How to pay attention to their bodies, use evidence intelligently, ask better questions, and become active participants in their own health.
Your medical team remains your medical team. I bring continuity to the space between their expertise and your everyday life.
I'm HIPAA-compliant and work remotely via Zoom with clients across three continents.

The Investment

concierge engagement

$5,000 Monthly

What's included

Everything you need.

Every element of this program has been chosen because it works.

Why this works

Support isn't indulgence.

It's the infrastructure everything else runs on.

When you sleep better, you think better. When your body isn't in crisis, you aren't in crisis. When your nervous system is regulated, you steady the people around you.

The people who love you feel the difference before you can explain it.

For an older adult, that can mean more independence and more good years with the people you love. For a fast-moving mind, it means finally having structure that carries you instead of shame that stalls you.

A better-functioning you doesn't stay inside your body, it ripples outward into everything and everyone you care about.

What clients say when

"Caitilin played an integral role in my healing journey with breast cancer. Her instruction and support became invaluable at helping me navigate the most difficult year of my life. Caitilin is experienced and knowledgeable, yet humble. These qualities supported me emotionally, spiritually and physically, as I went through surgery and chemotherapy. She really helped me immensely, and for this I will be forever grateful."

 Lisa F., Founder

"I traded in a huge bag of pharmaceuticals for a bag of balls. It is so much better.

Since I met Caitilin, I have changed the way I breathe. I changed the way I walk. My sleep is different. I eat different foods.

My healing has gone farther and faster than I ever could have imagined."

Karen Z., New York

"When I met Caitilin I was very skeptical about her belief that I could be without pain. Dozens of doctors had not been able to cure me and I'd lost hope. But with kindness and persistence, she directed me into a better place.

After 20 years of excruciating pain, my body is finally feeling much better."

This isn't right for everyone.

I maintain a very small Concierge roster because this work requires significant attention.

I'm looking for clients whose situations I believe can genuinely benefit from this level of support and who are ready to participate in the process.

If you're looking for help for someone you love, you can begin the conversation on their behalf.
