WEEKLY 1:1 CHECK-INS WITH CAITILIN
MODULE 1: GETTING YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME
This week we'll take a deep dive into what drives you, where you want to be, and what gets in your way. Based on this, you'll create a roadmap of realistic, actionable steps.
MODULE 2: GET TO KNOW THYSELF
Based on notes from your Initial Consult with Caitilin as well as deep inquiry from the previous week, you'll set up and begin to use your self-tracking journal.
MODULE 3: BREATHING FUNDAMENTALS
Developing breath perception includes learning the positions and conditions that facilitate a relaxed, yet hyper-aware state. We will also explore movement and its relationship to our breath.
MODULE 4: MOVEMENTS OF BREATH
This week we explore where we breathe, and just as importantly, where we do not. These exercises allow the body to offer you deep and healing insights.
MODULE 5: IDENTIFYING YOUR PATTERNS
This week we learn about the basic anatomy of breathing and the most common breath-holding patterns.
MODULE 6: OPENING TO THE BREATH
Now that we've identified our holding patterns, this week we begin to unlock them. Dive in and explore some healing movement to help you make room for free breathing and find physical alignment.
MODULE 7: OPENING "THE HEAVENLY DOOR"
This week we will learn the incredible importance of nasal breathing and how to access it. We'll learn how to clear and create more room in the lungs and sinuses.
MODULE 8: PROCESSING TRAUMA AND EMOTIONAL RELEASE
When we show up for ourselves with the intention to release holding patterns, some of us may be surprised by the range of experiences you have. This week we learn about trauma and emotional release.
MODULE 9: STRENGTHENING THE DIAPHRAGM
In previous weeks we've been moving towards correct breathing patterns and optimum alignment for healthy breathing. Now it's time to start strengthening your primary breathing muscle, the diaphragm.
MODULE 10: THE LYMPHATIC SYSTEM
Think of this system as your body's military center. Learn about this most critical system, and how to care for it with massage and proper breathing.
MODULE 11: RELEASING THE NECK AND SHOULDERS
Learn the best ways to care for this delicate region, which is far too overworked and prone to tension.
MODULE 12: THE SHOULDER-HIP CONNECTION
It's all connected. Don't try to fix one without addressing the other!
MODULE 13: HIPS AND BELOW
This week we learn ways to stretch and knead our hips and backs of the legs.
MODULE 14: BUILDING A BACKBONE
This week we begin to strengthen our back chain so that we can find and maintain beautiful posture.
MODULE 15: INTRODUCING PRANAYAMA
When the back is strong and we are able to sit upright without too much effort, it is time to incorporate the curative powers of pranayama, or breathwork as the yogis taught it.
MODULE 16: IT'S A WRAP!
