About Your Coach
Hi! I'm Caitilin Twain
Over 20 years ago, I began my work as a yoga teacher, at a time when I was struggling myself.
I battled Chronic Lyme Disease for decades, and took what added up to about three-years worth of antibiotics. So I know all too well the impact antibiotics have on the body. There were days I could barely function, but I refused to give up. I dove deep into research and applied the latest revelations about the microbiome and gut health to FINALLY get well again.
Healing myself meant learning to decode the signals my body was sending through breath, alignment, movement, and careful tracking of lifestyle changes. This process didn’t just restore my health, it shaped the way I now teach others.
Today, I’m a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a HeartMath Trauma-Sensitive Certified Practitioner. I’ve led several retreats, co-authored a book, and spent over 20 years teaching movement, breathwork, and self-myofascial release, both online and in person.
The tools that healed me now help my clients build resilience, regulate their nervous systems, and create changes that truly last — and they can do the same for you.
